1. storage locker pack; card printed in colours on blue to show the titles and details and an illustration of a dressed figure. On the left side is the storage locker and on the right the pieces under a blister. The uniform consists of a white cotton snow suit; belt; gloves and pouches; white moulded plastic skis and poles; bayonet with sheath and boots; rifle of black and white moulded plastic; green clear plastic goggles with black elastic and cap of khaki moulded plastic.
2. blister pack sample; similar to the above with the addition of white plastic webbing and the pouches changed to plastic ones. Blister is held
in place by staples as is the green approval label - Code No. 34303/ Product MOUNTAIN & ARCTIC BLISTER/Approved by G Hughes/Date 5/12/79. On yellow card where are black arrows and the words WEBBING NOT FOLDED.
3. box pack; card printed in colours on red to show the titles and details and an illustration of the figure skiing. On the back are further illustrations of Action Man uniforms. The pieces are the same as above with the addition of webbing and the use of plastic pouches. The items are on blue card under the blister. 13 3/4in x 10½in x 1in

4. book pack; card printed in colours on mottled orange to show the titles and details and an illustration of skiers. On the back are further illustrations of Action Man uniforms. The inside is buff card with details about this type of NATO soldier and drawings of how to assemble the webbing on the left; on the right are the pieces under the blister - it has been opened at the lower right corner. 13 3/4in x 8¼in x 1in.
