Open in the front and made of a series of borders of white silk bobbin lace patterned with trefoil leaves and formal ornament, and mounted in two curves on a ground of machine-made net. The collar is decorated with three bows and a narrow band near the top edge of yellow silk ribbon woven with a design of cone-shapes and curving lines of strapwork.
