Round torch like body made of moulded clear plastic. The top third contains a red, yellow and blue plastic mechanism operated by a blue switch on the side. The end of the brush would be placed in a square hole at the front end and its movement controlled by battery power. The lower two thirds would contain 2 batteries. The inner surface is covered by paper printed in colours to show the title and details with illustrations of the main characters. The brushes are missing as is the cap which would fit over the end of the battery casing.
