Panel of machine-made bobbin net with tambour work, embroidered with a row of eight collar shapes. The collars are all approximately 5cm deep and, with one exception, have vandycked edges and simple floral-sprig motifs filling the ground. One collar is edged with a row of small, very shallow scallops and has a slightly more freely-flowing pattern of floral forms.
There is a cardboard tag attached to one corner marked '8609-2774'.
