Object history | Description from the acquisition register Parasol and cover, walking length, white cotton with woven design of pink satin stripes and central band of printed black lace pattern. The stick is bamboo, the handle natural wood. Ribs and stretchers are of japanned metal. Two pink and white tassels are suspended from the handle. There is a tape and button guard. It is hand-stitched and has a natural crash cover. |
