Valance of heavy-quality diapered linen with an applied silk ribbon and fringe. Backed with two layers of coarse linen and a lining of cream silk. Edged all round with applied pale blue silk ribbon. Ribbon forms a pattern of curved shapes following contours of scalloped edges. Bottom edge has an applied woven braid in beige silk with a long fringe. Label attached with 'J. H. INC.'.
