Red silk crepe dress with silk embroidery, trimmed with lace. The bodice has a low neckline with a wide collar, short puffed satin sleeves, pleated front and back fastening. The skirt is pleated into the waistband with a section of symmetrical rose embroidery at the bottom. The dress is lined with cotton. There is a pair of long gigot oversleeves covered in embroidered net, a bodice insert of crepe covered with machine-made lace to raise the neckline, and a waist belt with a bow.
