The book, translated into English by the donor and published in 1966, was written by Milan Morgenstern in conjunction with Helen Löw-Beer 'Heilpadagogische Praxis', Vienna 1937.
It was printed by The Lavenham Press Ltd., Lavenham, Suffolk.

NB. While the term ‘handicapped’ has been used in this record, it has since fallen from usage and is now considered offensive. The term is repeated in this record in its original historical context.

References: Part of a range designed for children with learning disabilites by Milan Morgenstern based on his observations of children at the Theodor Heller Foundation in Vienna in the 1930s.
