Pink silk bonnet with a wide brim and raised crown puffed and slightly drooping. The edges of the brim and the seams in the crown are trimmed with a wide gathered frill of silk. The uppermost side of the brim and the band are trimmed with bands of gathered tucks through which are threaded narrow whalebone strips. There is a back frill. The bonnet ties are of matching silk gauze with a woven design of bow motifs and striped borders. The brim is stiffened with wire.
