Artist/Maker
Place of origin

Man's printed silk shirt, the pull-over type with an opening from the neck to the chest fastened by six small pearl buttons, two of which are on the collar band. The attached collar is soft and drapes at the front in long rounded points. The shirt is hip length and cut straight at the bottom without side slits. The sleeves are long and are fastened by three small pearl buttons on each cuff. All seams are double stitched in blue thread.

The colours of the print which has a four inch repeat are an even mixture of reds, pinks, greens and yellows of fruits and berries on a deep blue ground of which only a little can be seen because of the density of the fruits.
