Dress of pale blue-grey silk crêpe. With a loosely fitting bodice gathered with a shoulder yoke and a low 'V' neck with a narrow band collar, which extends into a tie and is trimmed with a small bow at the centre back, and fitting in the front where it extends into two loose flowing hem length panels and trimmed with a narrow band accordion pleating. There are similar panels at the back of the bodice, the back of the skirt and forming loose overcuffs on the long tight sleeves.
Petticoat of matching silk. With a narrow shoulder strap and is straight cut with a kick pleat on the left-hand side.
