Coat of pale blue woollen crêpe. Lined with silk. Straight cut, shaped at the back and with a 'V' panel on the hips and fastens at the waist with a self-covered button and loop. The collar is high and turn-down, and is trimmed on the left with an artificial carnation. The sleeves are long and the slight fullness on the forearms are emphasised by a semi-circular tuck.
