Pair of women's gloves of hand-knitted cream cotton and brown silk. Each is knit in the round with a border of brown silk, a pattern of purl and eyelets in the cream cotton around the wrist, a diamond in seed stitch on the palm and finger and thumb tips of brown silk. The back of each hand is embroidered with brown silk in a pattern of flowers and compass points.
