Rectangular book of pins with card covers bound on the outside with linen and on the inside with dark green plush. The edges are piped with green cord. On the front are embroidered the initials 'G.M.I.' with green silk in stem and satin stitches. Inside are three leaves of white flannel bearing approximately 136 pins of brass and steel, some with glass, imitation pearl or metal heads, and include two safety pins with one inscribed 'PRIMA LONDON'.
