Indoor cap of lilac ribbon, cream silk blond, black chenille strip and crystal beads. The front of the cap is triangular, and mounted on it is a ruche of lilac ribbon interspersed with blond trimmed with pendants of clear crystal beads. The front edge is trimmed with black and white blond mounted on tulle. The back is of black silk covered with black tulle over which are stitched bands of blond threaded with back chenille strip. The back is trimmed with black machine-made net. There are lappets of lilac silk edged with blond, black chenille strips stitched over them, each trimmed with a clear crystal bead.

The bottom border of the back is gathered, possibly with elastic. There is a narrow black velvet ribbon stitched to either side.
