Animals are strung on T bars which means they are simple to work and are recommended for younger children. A twist of the control will operate the legs. In the case of four legged animals; front right and back left work together and vice versa. It is important to keep the control level at just the right height from the ground so that all the feet touch the floor while walking. Parts consist of a shaped oval head; long rounded body; and two dowel sticks for each leg; all painted white with black spots. Face additionally painted with red around mouth; eyes and nose. Mane and tail of black fur and feet of black painted round knobs. All parts strung together. On the back of the horse is a red saddle made of flock cloth with suspended metal stirrups. Control T bar of plain wood to which the strings are attached; large hanging hook on the top and printed with PELHAM PUPPETS.
