Ladies bonnet of white embroidered cotton. The triangular central pattern is formed of alternate bands of gathering and hem-stitched bands of insertion in a machine-stitched white work herringbone design. There is a gathered panel at the nape with a lace-trimmed band for adjustment. The front is trimmed with two lace frills and another which continues down to edge the tying lappets.
