Petticoat made from scarlet flannel wool. Mid-calf length and flat pleated onto a wide shapes red canvas waistband which fastens at the back with two cloth covered buttons. There are three tucked flounces at knee level. Inside the waistband, which is lined with pink canvas, is stamped 'The National Skirt Band'.

Physical description
