Woman’s whitework stomacher of bleached linen, backed with the same bleached linen. It is embroidered and corded with linen thread in backstitch and drawn-thread work, worked through both layers of linen, in a pattern of large flowers. The stomacher is triangular, with a shaped point and a wide short skirt on each side, each with a small pocket flap and small pocket bag of linen behind.
