Woman’s petticoat of pink silk figured with white silk in a pattern of flowers and shaped lozenges. It is made of 4 widths of silk, plus a partial width, with piecing at the hem and waist.

The original waistband and ties have been removed, the pleats reset and a new waistband added, probably in the late 19th century.

Woman’s petticoat of pink silk figured with white silk in a pattern of flowers and shaped lozenges. It is made of 4 widths of silk, plus a partial width, with piecing at the hem and waist.
