Woman's cap of white tulle trimmed with rows of pleated silk gauze frills. There is a band of swansdown variegated with black fronds, and on the crown is a mount of black and white artificial flowers and a jet spray. There are black grosgrain ribbons pinned to the front. The cap is wired into a pointed oval shape, and would have been worn on the crown of the head.
