Shawl of silk and wool gauze with narrow bands of additional silk weft at regular intervals. The shawl is printed with an all over repeating pattern of large circles in red and black with floral, lace surrounds. Looping ribbon form four lobes, the lobes meet in the spaces in between the circles. Other colours used are turquoise blue, green, yellow, two shades of bright pink and white.
