Pair of man's stiff black leather ankle boots with man-made moulded plastic soles and with lace up fronts. There are eleven pairs of holes for the black cotton laces. The toes are rounded and the heels are low. The ridged soles are 0.5 inch (1.5 cm) thick and air cushioned. Each insole is impressed with a rectangular label.

The insides of the uppers are partially lined with white canvas and a man-made composition has been used for the remainder.
