Kipper tie of printed silk, with a design of alternating, white, blue and brown diagonal stripes of varying width interspersed with rings printed in beige.

Lined with white silk and thickly interlined, probably with cream wool. The narrow end is pinned together at the back, the pin at the front is missing.

There is a tie bar behind the front for the narrow end to pass through when the tie is worn.
