Kipper tie of printed silk, with a two colour print in brown and black, on a white ground with a diaper weave. The design is a repeating pattern of floral sprigs in horizontal lines that peter out for the last three rows at the front, leaving the ground plain brown except for the designer's symbol.

The lining is of white silk bearing the same symbol as a woven design.

The tie is interlined.
