Physical description
Taken from departmental record: 'Plaster cast. Right side of a chair, consisting of a back and front leg joined above by a deep rail with curved upper edge and below by a narrower rail; these rails, which are decorated with grotesque monsters and an enriched wavy band, are joined by two balusters with circles in the centre filled in with monsters; the front leg is surmounted by a knob.'
