Physical description
Relief in alabaster, enriched with gold, representing the Adoration of the Shepherds. In the centre lies the Child in a cradle. To the right two shepherds and to the left the Virgin spreads a coverlet over the Child. A small angel kneels in adoration and St. Joseph stands. Behind the Child are the ox and the ass. In the background the farm-buildings and at the right hand top corner is the star. Mounted in a wooden frame with traces of gilt scrollwork.
