Dish of earthenware with a waved edge with moulded, scalloped decoration. The centre of the dish is decorated with a blue transfer-printed scene of a river with two junks and a shore line edged with pagodas and figures and trees. The scene is surrounded with a geometric line pattern and the whole is bordered with a pattern of flowers and foliate scrolls which extend from the base, up the sides and over the rim.
