Cup and saucer of porcelain, painted in enamel colours with Swiss lake-scenes and decorated with gilding. The landscapes are in panels, one on either side of the cup and two on the rim of the saucer, surrounded by gilt scrolls and reserved on a dark blue ground covered with gilt diaper-pattern. Inside the cup on the bottom and in the middle of the saucer is a gilt rosette. Both pieces are slightly quatrefoiled.
