Tomb figure, one of three figures from the retinue of a Ming official. Standing figure on rectangular plinth, of a man wearing a high ridged hat with brim folded back, a long loose coat with sleeves longer than the arms, confined at the waist by a fringed and knotted girdle. The left arm is bent at the elbow, throwing the long sleeve up in a curved loop. The coat is green, the front part of the girdle and the remainder of the figure being unglazed.
