Dish of tin-glazed earthenware painted with enamels. Oval in shape with lobed sides and moulded rim. The centre has a the arms of Hamilton, consisting of two unicorns supporting a shield and surmounted by a crown, a tree and wood saw, and standing on a filet with inscription 'Through'. Round the rim are bands and a 'ferronerie' border.
