Portion of a bowl of buff-coloured earthenware, covered inside with a red slip, with deeply incised inscriptions under a yellowish glaze. In the middle is the sacred monogram, IHS, and round the sides are an inscription. The bowl has a flat base, moulded rim, with a small ridge-like handle projecting from the portion which remains. The inscriptions are in Gothic characters executed with a five-toothed implement. The words 'dieu' and 'tout' are separated by two interlaced triangles.
