Seat cover of single linen canvas embroidered with coloured wools in tent stitch. It has a dark brown ground with a floral pattern in shades of red, mauve, yellow, blue, green and brown. A brown cotton cord has been used to trim and disguise the seam where a second piece of canvas (embroidered in dark brown) forms the vertical part of the cover.
