Dish of tin-glazed earthenware painted in colours. Slightly concave, with a groove at the edge and foot-ring below. Painted with The Death of Tarpeia after engraving by Agostino Veneziano (Tarpeia, on the ground, attacked by three soldiers holding up their shields, before a background of arcading); border of putti and scrollwork in colours including red, apparently imitation of Caffaggiolo.
