Oval dish, vaguely leaf-shaped, with up and down wavy edge. Moulded in relief are two large sprays of vine-leaves with grapes, and smaller leaves, with veining. The reliefs are painted with dark and light washes and finer strokes in a sombre blue. In the middle a spray of leaves and berries is painted on the flat surface, as are several in sects in the field. The rim feathered in blue. On the reverse are painted four leafless branches.

Physical Description
