She is standing, holding a red-covered book in her right hand and a palette in her left hand, beside a rock from which issues a spring of water; at her feet a crouching horse, to the left, and to the right a torse and helm and other military trophies. She is wearing a white flowere robe above a green scarf, and a chaplet of laurels. Rococo scrolled base picked out in brown.
