Plaque of biscuit porcelain modelled in relief with a wreath of flowers enclosing an oval shield with the coronetted arms of Landsdowne. In a glazed black wooden frame with a copper back. Oval and slightly convex. The arms are of an ermine on a band azure and a magnetic needle pointing to a pole star.
