Jug of soft-paste porcelain painted with underglaze blue and moulded. Baluster shape with a relief mask spout. Decorated round the top with sunflower-like devices alternating with triangles. Round the base with two daisies and leaves alternating with triangles. Plain central band. Neck is moulded with flowers and scrolls enclosing a reserve. In the front of the body is a spray of flowers and on either side is a crest of a buck enclosed within a cartouche inscribed underneath with 'T.C. 1781'. Scattered sprays of flowers on the body and foot with small sprays enclosed within the reserves on the neck. The neck is bordered with a lattice motif and the mask spout is picked out in underglaze blue.
