Jug of soft-paste porcelain painted with enamels and gilded. Globular body moulded with flowers sprays, and with a broad spreading foot and wide mouth with five straight sides. Painted in a large panel under the lip with a woman in a crimson dress and seated before a large urn on a pedestal in a landscape. Small panels on either side with bouquets of flowers and outlined with scrolls and flowers in white enamels. Inside the lip is a trellis diaper, scrollwork and sprays of flowers.
