Vase of porcelain. Crater-shaped, with square plinth. On either side is a panel, outlined by gilt scrolls and sprays of flowers, and reserved in white on a dark blue ground. One panel is painted with a bouquet, and the other with birds in a landscape. The handles spring from gilt satyrs' heads, and the lower part of the body is moulded with gilt acanthus foliage. Round the rim is a band of bead ornament, and inside is a gilt vine-wreath with birds and butterflies. The foot has a dotted border edged with scrolls and floral sprays.

Made from the same moulds as a pair of vases designed as a present for King William IV. after the passing of the Reform Bill in 1832.
