Cup of hard-paste porcelain painted with red enamels. Hemispherical with a slightly flaring lip cut into four notched projections with semi-spherical scallops between. Low pedestal foot. On the outside is roughly painted exotic landscapes with pavilions, rock and sprays of leaves and flowers. On the inside is a formal border consisting of a single line running parallel with the lip and having dependent from it flowers and acanthus motives supplemented with dots at the highest and lower points of the rim.
