Figure of a woman selling meat in hard-paste porcelain painted with enamels and gilded. She wears a white bodice and dress, a white and flowered apron and a white cap. On her bare feet are red slippers. She carries a dish of sausages under her right arm with her apron caught up below it, and in her left hand she carries a string of entrails. On a trestle behind her is a tray with a butcher's chopper in it.
