Figure group of hard-paste porcelain painted with enamels and gilded. Two lovers are presented as gardeners sitting beneath the stump of a tree. The woman wears a white dress with gilt edges, and an apron which she holds in her right hand and is full of flowers. By her left foot is a watering-can. The man is seated on her right with his arm round her waist. A flower is in his right hand and a spade is between his legs.
