Figure of Fame in hard-paste porcelain painted with enamels and gilded. Fame is symbolised by a young nude woman wearing a wreath and is sitting on a concave-sided square pedestal. She holds an open book. A mantle is draped over her right thigh and falls behind her. A gilt trumpet lies at her feet. Low square base is bevelled at the edges and is trimmed at the corners and slightly recessed beneath.
