Figure of a woman emblematic of Summer, hard-paste porcelain. The woman stands looking to the right at an ear of corn held up in her right hand; her left-hand supports the corner of her apron, which contains other ears of corn. She wears a powdered wig, dressed high and with side curls, magenta necklace, green fichu, white open-fronted jacket and apron with vermilion sprig pattern; her white petticoat has stripes and magenta sprigs and her shoes are vermilion. Slightly moulded domed base supporting the figure at the back and partly tinted green.
