Object history | The "Square Round" was designed to be suitable for freezer storage. The Shape reputedly allowed for air circulation to improve the efficiency of freezing. The Tupperware catalogue for 1960 lists 16oz Square Rounds at a cost of $2.10 for a set of four. |
