Cut out oak board, with decorated inlaid in holly and bogwood, and with rigaree edging. Upper portion of rest cut - out in symmetrical scrolled outline rigaree edge and with open work centre showing a trefoil move cut-out belows a cross motive in openwork. Below the plain wood-hinged shelf is an inlaid six point star, and on the underside of the shelf a triple zig-zag horizontal, also inlaid.
