Model of a Gothic staircase in wood. The stairs wind round a central column, enclosed in a cylindrical case resting on a hexagonal base. The case is divided by five slender columns into four spaces decorated with open Gothic work, and one side which is plain. The whole is surmounted by a hexagonal canopy, also ornamented with open Gothic work. The wood has been painted.
