Kaftan made of pink silk brocaded with coloured silks in green and three shades of pink and gilt thread in the shape of a repeating design of a house and garden leading up to a door. It has a narrow stand-up collar. The front edges of the kaftan, sleeves and collar are scalloped and trimmed with a double line of plaited braid, gilt on the outside and yellow silk on the underside, and with couched gilt thread.

The lower part of the side seams of the skirt and of the sleeve seams is open, and the sleeves are faced at the wrist with the same silk. The kaftan is lined with undyed linen and the gilt thread embroidery is couched through both thicknesses. Inside the front opening is a row of eight small buttons made of yellow silk braid with corresponding braid loops on the left side. There is a linen pocket inside the right front.
