Table runner of linen damask. The runner has a neat border of scrolling foliage contained on the outer side by a fillet of leaf ornament. The field is scattered with small sprays of flowers and grapes, and within the centre is a larger group of flowers. Twice to either side of this is repeated in the length of the runner a crest of a parrot with a shield of arms in its beak, and the motto 'LABORE INDUSTRIA'.
One corner of the runner has 'W / IC' embroidered in red cross-stitch. Woven into each end is the inscription 'ROYAL MANUFACTORY ARDOYNE'.
